I suck up the wait and buy Milt Sparks and don't have the problems. The last pouch and holster combo I had a problem with got tossed in a sink full of warm water with 20 Mule Team Borax until it was wet. Saran wrap carefully applied to the pistol and mags and into the leather they went. Let dry for 2-3 days and follow with a good wax job. Problem solved.
