The 6906 weighs about 26 ounces and the 3913 weighs about 25 ounces. The 6906 has a grip thickness of about 1.26" compared to the 3913 1.06". The 3913 is 6.875" LOA. I think that you will find that the most significant difference is the thickness of the grip.
