Zeiss makes one, but big money at least comparably. I have one by Meritt (IIRC) that sticks to my glasses. Really never cared for it.
I haven't shot competitive Bullseye in many years, but, as I understand it, talking to some who still do, about the only way to be competitive these days is with the Red Dot. I don't think you need one of these devices if you have a Red Dot.
There are a number of docs who make shooting glasses with either a bifocal or trifocal (not sure about one of the infinite-if that's what they are called- lenses) which are reversed so you can see the front sight clearly through the bifocal lens which is on top, rather than on the bottom as with reading lenses.
I've heard good things about those lenses, but have never tried one.
