You can get mechanics grind safety glasses with your distance vision in the middle, intermediate up top and close vision at the bottom. IIRC, mine are +1.5 up top and +2.5 down below. Work fine, just tilt your head slightly forward. If you're one of those youngin's with only bifocals, you can get your magnifier top and bottom.
