I know you asked for home made crust but I don't do home made crust so just suck it up and read on........

Pillsbury crust in the pastry section of the grocery store, comes 2 in a box. I take one and roll it flat and use one can of Veg All (drained) and a browned chicken breast. Cut the breast into chunks (size, your choice) add one can of either cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup (your choice) fill half of the crust with the mixture, fold over and crimp with the tines of a fork. Puncture the top a couple of times for steam to escape and pop in the oven on a cookie sheet for 30/45 minutes or until the top is brown to your liking.

I know it's easy and cheap but it makes pretty good, hot grub when I'm batching it............ So THERE.......
