I like a southern style country pot pie, it is real simple. Boil n de-bone chicken add two cans of cream of chicken and mixed frozen veggies season to taste and put in a deep baking dish leaving it about two to three inches below the rim of the dish. Now this is the part I like and the part you probably won't. Take one bag of yellow cornbread mix and mix per directions and pour over your pot pie mixture and bake until cornbread is golden brown! YUMMMmmmm!
