The 4006 was my first pistol and it is still one of my favorites. It can be a bit heavy, but it aims naturally for me, is sturdy, accurate, fun to shoot, and just a great all around gun.
For a fun example, I got my 4006 used and the firing pin channel was so blocked from a lack of proper cleaning that when you removed the firing pin you couldn't see light through the channel. It did however fire around 50 rounds, before I detail stripped it, in that dirty condition without any problem.
