The 4006 was also my first pistol at the age of 16 in 1996. I carried her religously until I got a FS M&P .40 in late 2006. Then I got a Compact M&P a little later. I haven't carried the 4006 much since I aquired the M&P's. Weight being the main issue. I packed that 4006 for years in Galco's Miami Classic during the winter and a Safariland 527 belt slide during the summer. That shoulder rig would cause headaches and back pain after a while...the gun and mags are quite of bit a weight.
