I own a Kimber rimfire or target....not sure the exact name but its the 1911 in .22. I had the barrel spun down on a lath and had it threaded and was able to add another piece of stainless to it thus making an adapter that was threaded 1/2X28 for my suppressor and I must say its one of the more fun guns I have to shoot. My wife loves it, we can sit out on the porch and shoot walnuts off the trees at 6 in the morning and it is as quiet as shooting a BB gun.....actually not even as loud as a BB gun. If any of you have a suppressor, this is a great host gun for it.
