I bought two of the five screw pre model 10's that Jer's had for sale. The first one looks to be in about 87-90% and shoots great. The second is in about 70% with a few rust spots and lots of blue missing. Both of them are in the C 312*** and C 313*** serial number range. All numbers match up except on the grips as these did not have grips when shipped to me. Both where carried a lot and shot very little. Both show signs of being polished and reblued. But for the price you could NOT go wrong. The second is by far the best shooting, most accurate fixed sight handgun I own. If they get any more in I'll be in line for a couple more. You just can't go wrong with a model 10, even if it's a beater.

Anybody have there copy of the SCSW handy? Can you look up the approximate dates of manufacture for me? (Ser #C 312*** and C 313***). I'm out of town and don't have my reference materials with me, just the two model 10's and a 19-3.
