'Cause here in Florida I can GIVE a gun to anybody I want to, long as he's eighteen or older and is not disallowed by law from owning one. Just like I can give him a T-bone steak or a car or a television set.

In PA you can give or sell long guns to anybody as long as they're of age and not prohibited to own one, but not handguns. You have to transfer handguns through a FFL unless gifted in one of the few legal ways.
