The S&W Model A rifles and the Husqvarna Model 9000 are the same rifle, design wise. The Shooter's Bible, No. 64 (1973) shows an X-Ray view of the action, but I don't have a parts list in my files. Perhaps the S&W Factory Customer Service can point you to a source. A unique feature of this rifle is an outside trigger adjustment screw. It's just ahead of the rear guard screw hole under the bolt. The basic desgn is the old Mauser action with modifications. GunFacts magazine did extensive reviews of this rifle in their 1969 issues. If you can locate those issues, perhaps their diagrams, etc will be helphful. Also, you might want to move this posting to the S&W long arms catagory, as readers there may be more familiar with Model As, then I am. Good Luck, Ed.
