This top break looks to me as a .38 DA 3rd model (S&W Stand. Cat. 3rd Ed.) Im no expert! Other fine ladies and gent's on here will help you out. The ser.# you give fells into this cat. also the cylinder looks like that of a .38 DA 3rd model which measure 1.21" and the .32 DA measures.92". Which does yours measure? Also the .32 DA 1st and 2nd have the 2 sets of cylinder grooves your's doesnt. Hope this helps. This HG of yours has really nice character to the finish
