Welcome to the forum. You made a wise choice buying
the model 60. S&W first introduced the model 60 in 1965
and I guess they are still making them. If the SS needs
any cleanup use some Flitz on it. You can buy Flitz at
most hardware stores. You can also shoot some +P loads
