I've been loading for the Jet since the mid-1970s and never did run into the case sticking problems that many have... I'll have to check my notes but H110 and Unique were two powders I used.

As to bullets, the best in terms of accuracy was the original 40 grain Remington SP. The only other bullets left besides the Hornady Jet bullet are the two .223 Hornet bullets from Sierra in 40 and 45 grain. The Hornady bullet has not shot that well for me either.

A fun thing to do with the Jet is open up a few flash holes, use Small Rifle Magnum primers and put inverted .22 pellets in the case mouth...you have a neat indoor plinking load. I have some of the old S&W pellets that have a very small waist and they seem to work best...
