I can envision "Walcommunes." Communties built arround Walmart complexes where you can buy virtually everything you need from cradle to grave. Work there, spend there, live there, kinda like ""The company store." Some Americans are close to the concept now.

One of Chicago's entrepreneurs wants to convert a giant old building in the heart of the city, to a gigantic storage building for cremation urns. My opinion of the whole funerary industry is the same as snake oil salesmen or gypsy's. Requiring the bereived to supply eats after the funeral makes no sense to me. Must be an ancient policy tied to eating sins.
