S&W "Kaboom"/ 626.
Good Morning, Friends,
A good friend of mine sent me some photos of a newer S&W 629 that had suffered a catastrophic failure. He asked me what could possibly cause such a massively damaging result. I believe that it was probably caused by a huge mistake in cartridge reloading, overcharge, or wrong powder, but would like to hear what the rest of you think.
