There is a formula for determining minimum pressure for obturation. It is 3X480XBHN. In this instance, that would mean, 1440X11 or 15840psi. That would mean that the MINIMUM pressure would be right for that bullet. This is what you need to remember when trying to determine what kind of load a bullet is designed for.
