That means I'd have to take one.
It's nothing more than the appropriate trigger for the revolver frame with a lever/bar welded onto it (to provide leverage for the cutting action). Naturally, the lever has to be placed when welded so it doesn't interfere with anything when it's installed (it's used with the side plate removed). They make their own. A specially hardened cutting hand is installed in the same manner as a regular hand.
