I find that I can shoot more consistent groups by firing DA, and fairly rapidly. After the recoil from a shot, I let the revolver return to the initial POA, naturally. When it gets to that point, I pull the trigger again. I get tighter groups this way, then I do firing SA, taking a diliberate aim each time I fire.
I think that using SA, I tend to think too much, trying to align the sights. I'm not a target shooter by any stretch of the imagination. But, in self defense practice, shooting DA, I'm a little better. Bob
