Welcome to the forum. Your M-64 dates to 1979-80 and appears to be in very good condition.

$325 is a pretty decent price for the .38 spl. Go out and shoot it, I think you will enjoy. I have the blued version, the M-10 and a similar version as yours with sights, the M-67, all are great shooters.
