Here in the Badger State we can carry a handgun while bowhunting for black bear. The law requires the barrel to be at least 4". The season is also open for gun hunters. If you choose to have a camera man along, he must have a harvest tag to be able to carry a gun. It's hard to receive a harvest tag here, so chances are he can film but can only carry a camera.
