For those of you who are not fortunate enough to get to a course, Burwell gunsmithing has a great powerpoint presentation on tearing the M&P down to do a trigger job. Having done that work ( including removing the rear sight to remove the striker block plunger), I can tell you the presentation is pretty thourough.
