As mentioned above, overruns from LE orders are sent to distributors for eventual retail sale. Same goes for dealer and contract samples, just in lower numbers. The patterns I have noticed over the last 25 years indicate that these overruns are sent to smaller distributors, not the big names. The pistols themselves seem to end up with small shops, local guns shows and on the web.

The Integral rail models in .45 and .40 (CHP) that I have seen were priced very similar to their other TSW counterparts. They are uncommon, but they are available. I think the current one offered on this forum is priced accordingly, as all TSW models in my area retail for about that price.

The truly rare guns are those made as samples for a contract that was not won. Since these would never have been put into production, they usually number as 1/2 dozen or less.
