I carried a 6 1/2" Mod 29, a 6 1/2" Mod 25, switching to a 6" [my 6 1/2" was sometimes used in Bullseye Competition]. The 25's were in 45ACP.

I started out with a revolver in the Mid 1970's. Switched to a 1911 after a few years then when the new Chief "banned" semiautos, I went back to the 44 Mag. Then the next new Chief "banned" the big Magnums, so I went to the Mod 25 in 45 ACP.

I carried the Mod 25 as late as 1986.
