A friend of mine also has a spare cylinder in 22 mag that he's been shooting since the early 80's with no problems and it's accurate. Quite a few people will balk at this because of the bore diameter but I have a 63 and a TC barrel that were both converted from 22lr to mag and both shoot very well and niether have grenaded on me in the 15 yrs I've owned them.
