Is this no dash 686 stainless or actually nickle? I have a no dash 6 inch 686 with bright stainless finish that had trigger work done on it. When I got it I sent it off to S&W for the free modification and also to have it drilled and taped for a scope base. I now have a red dot on it.

I got my 686 for a lot less than $650.00 and it was in nearly perfect condition. That seems a bit high to me.
