Thanks to all. Frizz, I am looking for just about anything that will help pay the bills. The problem with going back to school is that I'm 55 years old, and can't really justify it unless it is paid schooling, like on the job. Yep, this company gets it's money through soaking Medicaid. The Director has been there a whopping 4 years! My immediate supervisor had been there 2 years! They go through employees like **** through a goose. I am putting out applications and resumes everywhere. I too have lots of medical problems, but my doctor won't support me filing for disability. I'm very fortunate in that a local church has a support group for unemployed folks that meets every week to discuss job possibilities, resume writing, networking, etc. I have a little money put away, and of course have my guns which I can liquidate if need be. At least for the time being I can get caught up on some household chores!
