I have a long ejector in my Gold Cup, and I have fired thousands of rounds over the past 25 or so years through it. Still as good today as it was when it was put in. The longer the ejector the more to the rear and further out the brass will be ejected. I had the longer ejector in the Gold Cup as I shoot light target loads and wanted reliable ejection.
