I've never used Dillion or Redding profile dies either. But the RCBS should do both a roll and a taper crimp depending on how far down you adjust it. Unless it was made specifically for taper crimps, I'll go dig into some of mine and see if they have any numbers on them.
My .38s are marked 81 and my .357s are marked 80. You could have a problem there depending on their age.
