I'll keep the bandaid thing in mind when my 442 arrives. I'm sitting on 3 boxes of .38spcl swc fodder to run through it as well as some hot carry loads to ensure good funciton and point of impact.

That first range session is going to be a bit more brutal on the gun after reading this thread. I'm not trusting something as my ccw unless it's solid.
