Almost every day. Either a Kimber Compact CDP (pre-Series II) or a Springfield Armory Mil-Spec. I've been carrying the Kimber since I bought it NIB in '01 and since I bought the Mil-Spec in November '08 (my Obama gun) I've been swapping them back and forth.
The Mil-Spec is a 5" full-size all steel 1911 if you're not familiar with it. A Milt Sparks sharkskin gunbelt and a Milt Sparks Summer Special II makes it very comfortable to carry and it hides under a loose t-shirt very well.

After having bought a Pro-Series 442 last weekend, the 1911s may not be carried quite so much, fwiw.
