FWIW, my everyday carry is a 325 NightGuard. I bobbed the hammer, did the Jerry Miculek trigger job off of the DVD, and put his grips on it. I use a Galco Summer Comfort (for a 4" N-frame) IWB with shorts and an untucked polo-style shirt. The extra length on the holster stabilizes it very well, and it rides high, with the cylinder above my belt. Have looked at other holsters, but this works well for me for now. I'm 6'1" and 185#. Haven't figured out how to conceal extra ammo except for 1/3 moon clips in the front pocket.
