So, the 4046 has a fatter grip? That would kinda turn me off a bit. The 4586 just seems to fit my hand about perfect. I found a nice 4046 with box, papers and 3 mags for $295 and thought it would be worth a try. I certanly don't need it but that has never stopped me from buying a gun
. I was also tossing around the idea of a 3rd Gen 9mm. Again, I don't need it but might use either one for a CCW on occasion. The 4586 fits does about 60% of my carry needs now with a 642 taking up the rest.
