For a bolt action 223 I have been loading regular bulk 55 gr fmj bullets. I get confused )especially this late or early
) on the the twist/bullet weight relation. I gather 1:12 is rather slow so it should handle lighter bullets without tearing them up. For target shooting would I do better with a little heavier bullet than 55gr.?
