this letter states roughly how many 3" 66s were made. i wish it would have been more specific about how many -3s, and -4s, had been produced.
I bought my 66-2 3" NIB in May, 1985 and it has a serial number prefix of ADH, product code 102712. Were there some earlier 66-2 3"bbls than the Ashland series? BTW, my records indicate I paid $300 for it.
