Regular cab 2wd, hiway gears, over drive, 6BT in its sweet spot.
Miles are from the GPS.
Fill up is from same pump and station.
VERY repeatable if kept at the right speed and not pulling.
There are a few performance oriented D150s with 6BT swaps doing this or better.
