That gun is beautiful. It has history and has to be a sentimental revolver.
Here's my trio minus the 58 I haven't taken pics of. Waiting on my stag grips for it and will take new pics as I also replaced the 657's grips again.
That old 57 at the top has 37 deer to it's name and 38 may be added this weekend if we do right. The .41 mag is a knockdown round extrodinaire!

KO, I remember when my 58 looked like that one of your Dad's. I got mine in 1966.
13 years and a million miles in holster took some of the "purty" off of mine.
Still the smoothest action of any revolver I have ever owned.
I took it out shootin' last summer for the first time in nearly 30 years. It was like puttin' on an old sweater. I'm not as fast or as accurate as I use to be, but I wouldn't want to be in front of the two of us even today. |
