That's because when it comes to the current generation nothing is ever their fault or their responsibility. If it isn't a moderate weight DAO (read as: safe action) with no safety levers and a short/light trigger pull then they can't shoot it. I have been debating adding about 5-6 different style autos to the firearms training program and making it mandatory to pass a "manual of arms" course.
