You are not going to get lead poisoning. I think you are loading Rainier 200 gr SWC bullets by looking at the pictures. Your problems have a simple fix. Over all length is 1.247 to 1.252 inches. 1.250" is the goal. The case diameter at the TAPER CRIMP is 0.469" . I don't believe you can taper crimp to 0.468" and if the case mouth is 0.472 you don't have enough taper crimp.

After shooting 5,000 Rainier 200 gr SWC bullets through 9 different 1911s, I found out what works 100% of the time. Is this enough data?
