That Pacific pistol powder measure is a great find! I have been using one for at least thirty years and have every bushing they made for it. Hornady discontinued their newer version of that measure a year or two ago, but as somebody mentioned, bushing are probably still available and they will fit the measure you have. You might also check on Ebay because the bushing occasionally show up there. The only disadvantage of the measure is that it will not throw magnum charges of most powders. However, I probably use mine for 90% of my handgun reloading.
