That configuration is definitely a Bulls-eye, single action set up. I would load some 2.8 gr of Bullseye HBWC loads and see if it will cut cloverleafs in the X Ring. I agree it looks very European in set up. I have never seen a similar equipped pistol. Will be curious to hear how it shoots. The grips look very similar to some Vitarbo grips I have on a High Standard Victor.
