It is from Quebec (I am from Ontario). I purchased it from a gentleman who built it for target shooting shot a couple hundred target loads out of it and put it away. It also has a hogue grip on it which I am gonna probably put on it for shooting even though the wood fits ok.

I will probably shoot it this weekend and I will let you guys know how it does. Thanks for the advice.
