I have done quite well on some of them and not so well on others. I expect that had I kept a tally of the aquisition costs and expenses over the years I have probably broken even. They have, however, given me a lifetime of enjoyment. Factoring in the good times and enjoyable companionship that I have had with them they have been a wonderful investment.
