I think they tried with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson in last years "FASTER", when a Ruger 'Alaskan Redhawk' was prominently featured, but The Rock has never quite achieved Clint's status as an action hero. I'm sure sales of the Alaskan probably spiked a bit, but nothing like the old "make my day" 29.
These days in most movies it be mostly a Glock in fo-tay . . .
