It will decrease it's value somewhat, but they usually don't bring much more than standard models.
Commemorative collectors are few and far between. Almost all commemoratives are never shot to save any extra collector value. Once you shoot one it just falls into the 19-3 catagory with the rest. Then you would have to find person who didn't mind having a Texas logo on it, if you were ever to sell.
