They are all on a 6900 size frame, early Shorty 9s' and Shorty-Fortys were offen labeled Shorty 5906 or Shorty 4006. But they were compact guns, not just slides. Short slide variations of the 5906 were the Lew Horton 5967 all steel and the 5943ssv and 5903ssv alloy framed guns with full size grips.
