Even without the audible click and strong tactile feel the RAM is still worth it in combination with the DCAEK. It is easily visible to see the RAM working before reinstalling the slide. The combination of both make the trigger feel much better. It is still a better trigger than on the Glocks I have owned. If I want a 1911 trigger feel then I'll shoot my 1911.

I enjoy my M&P and didn't find the stock trigger to be awfull in the first place. With the Apex kits I find the trigger to be excellent. I have owned a shot almost all of the major brands of Tupperware pistols (Glock,SA,FN,Sig......) and prefer the M&P. I know that it is just me and ( best friend loves his his Sig 226 that I cant stand). My 1911 is still my favorite overall but the M&P is a close second.
