I bought some grips from Numrich. The Victory Model grips were about throw away quality until I fixed them up. The K Frame grips had mis-matched washers; one was black and the other was silver. If they don't show a photo, or say new, it's a dicey situation.

I have some after market 39 series grips, not factory, but may work for you. Let me know if you're interested.
