If your using it for HD or CC, just take the whole lock assembly and flag out.

It's a tool, not a piece of jewelry.....some of the same people who hate the "ugly" IL also own Glocks, or worse yet, Springfield XD's.....

Some think the Ruger GP100 is ugly too, but I think it's a great design, so much so I own about a dozen of them. And there's no lock!
